Hamel is a quiet and reserved young man who keeps pretty much to himself, with the exception of his close friend Flute, with whom he grew up. You would keep to yourself, too, if you got up one day and discovered a horn growing out of your head. Hamel wears a hat now, and searches earnestly to learn who -- or what -- he is.
